What we collect

When you book a call: your name, email address, phone number and anything you type into the booking form.
When you ask us to call you back: your name and phone number, and the page you asked from.
When you email us: your email address and what you write.
When you visit: like every website, our host receives your IP address and basic browser details so it can send you the page. We also count visits to see which pages people read. That count uses no cookies.
When you visit, for our Facebook and Instagram ads: our pages also run the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta which of our pages you open, and whether you book a call, ask us to call you back, or open our demo. Meta can connect that to your Facebook or Instagram account. We use it to see whether our ads work and to show them to people more likely to care. The Meta Pixel uses cookies. We don't give Meta your name, email address or phone number.
When you visit, to see what brings people here: our pages also run Google Analytics, from Google. It records which pages you open, how you got here (for example, from one of our posts or ads), and whether you book a call or ask us to call you back. Google Analytics uses cookies. We don't give Google your name, email address or phone number.
When you try our demo spa: if you book on it or call its demo line, we get the name, email and phone number you use, and we can see that you tried it.

What we use it for

To reply to you, to hold the call you booked, to send you confirmations and reminders about it, and to talk with you about our services. We don't sell your information.

Phone calls and text messages

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive phone calls and/or text messages from Fontus Marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.

We don't share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing.

Who else handles it

We use outside services to run this site, our booking calendar, our email and our texting. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. Meta is the exception: it also uses what the Meta Pixel collects for its own advertising, under Meta's privacy policy.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

To limit how Meta uses what the Meta Pixel collects, change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account (Meta's instructions), or block cookies in your browser.

To stop Google Analytics, block cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on.
